Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for a company—whether multinational or not—to fail to honor its commitments.

This section lists companies whose practices do not respect their stated commitments, in order to inform and protect consumers. It is in no way an exhaustive list nor a legal remedy.

Below is a list of websites and services that do not respect their commitments, along with the reasons and evidence that led me to add them to this list:

Each alert published here is documented and verifiable, so that consumers are no longer misled.

⚠️ GAFAM and other large corporations are not listed here, as their lack of respect for privacy and confidentiality is already widely documented and well known.
This section focuses on less visible actors who present themselves as respectful, but whose practices deserve critical examination.
